You have a lean condition. check for fuel flow from the carb drain, you should have a pencil sized stream with the sediment bowl valve open, if not unhook the fuel line from the carb, there is a little screen in the carb where the line hooks up, check this. Then check the sediment bowl screen. If still no flow it is the third screen in the fuel tank. If you find you have good flow, you need to look at the carb for float sticking and clear passages. Last possiblity is you have a vacuum leak somewhere on the intake manifold. Hope this helps. Van
