Dixie, Looks like your a few months ahead of me there, looking good too. Ya, Ive heard of doing that, I just dont know. The more I look at it the more I just might give all the tin to a frind of mine who owns a collision center and see what he says. I hawked this forum today to the tune of about 2,200 posts, for the painting plan and materials list and processes and still dont feel confident in bringing that tin back myself. Anytime I did filling, it always wound up on the floor, put it on/take it off, repeat, repeat, repeat, never could make it look good no matter what I did. You know, I bet CNKS and Ron have answered the same paint questions from board members at least 150 times and probably per year. You probably have too. Everytime I started down a new thread, there they were repeating themselves yet again. I am amazed at their patience. I noticed a few times it was senile old farts like me that couldnt remember whether I posted a question or not, and found them answering my qestion again! WHOA...That turned out to be an eye opener for me! Its gone beyond loosing stuff now, wonder what the next 20 hold? Thanks for all your help Dixie, Ron, CNKS scott#2
