Hi All, I want to stock some future parts for my IH-706D with a D282 with 8800hrs. Buy now, install latter when needed. I bought a F706 parts tractor a couple years back with a bad 282 engine. I'm really only looking at complete engine rebuild, clutch new/rebuild, water pump, belts and hoses, glow plugs. What brands of engine rebuild parts hold up well over time? Any parts mfg to stay away from? I see that some advertise new clutch kits with a 6 paddle clutch. The paddle clutchs seam to work well in other high torque applications so do they hold up well in tractors? I don't want cheap quality parts. If I could buy original IH parts I would. Any suggestions as to where to buy parts that you recomend for reasonable price? I see YtMag carrys Tisco parts for a reasonable price. Comments? I also don't see anyone advertising glow plugs. Easy to get at NAPA or? T_Bone

And, if you are like me, your tractor is under cover, but it sits outside. So with every temperature change, the humidity in the air collects in the fuel tank, in the form of water.
