If this only happens when it rains then the water is leaking into something and drawing power. Assuming you have an alternator that has an internal regulator, there is a small amperage draw from the battery to the alternator even when shut off (on the order of .01 amp). This power runs the voltage standard part of the regulator and the power loss is normally not a factor. However, if water is somehow getting into the regulator part of the alternator it could cause an increased power loss from the battery. The way to check this would be to hook an ammeter between the battery and the alternator and watch it when it rains. This loss may not show up on your tractor's ammeter depending on how it's wired.
