I am a complete rube when it comes to ignition systems. Funny how important the 300 becomes when the 400 blows a pto.... I suppose I could rob the pto off the 300... NAH aint gona go there. Any how. I have a new alt 12 volt. New disb cap, rotor, Points and condencer. I think I gapped the points... Been a wile I have to check. Pretty sure I wired up the new alt and wireing all new wire. New key switch, New amp gauge. Old coil off my 400. hmmmm wonder. I thought it was good. Old guy made my 400 run just by jiggling a wire. Of course after I replaced every thing related. Any way give me some info on no spark conditions. If I can get spark I think that old girl may run. Only been in my shop for 3 years now. Time to get out!!!
