It's fuel, there are so many places to check: #1 on the fuel filters there is a bleed valve on top, open one and see it you are getting a flow. #2 where the feed ling goes into the bottom ot the tank there is a screen in the tank, if this is pluffed, no fuel. take the feed line off, take the fuel filler cap off and blow air up into the tank. If i was there I could have it running in a few minutes but since i am not then git someone who knows IHC's to check it out!
