If the 504 and 706 use the same unit, I can help you out. It mounts on the rear PTO. I bought it in a crate from an IH dealer (NOS) and mounted it briefly on my 504. It is like brand new and comes with a paper pulley that has never been belted.

If you have a 706 parts book, look up the number and I will confirm with my 504 book.
