Was in to the Tri County show here in Ilderton on Sat. They had about 150 tractors, must have been close to 30 each of AC and MH, probably 20 each of IH, JD, Ford and Case 10 each of Oliver, Cockshutt and MM, about a dozen others and a few steamers. Seemed like less Olivers and steamers than other years, but overall up probably by 40 tractors. This show is suffering on the attendance side. Not sure they know it but they need change. Parking is terible, plus they need to put a bit more effort into hospitality and socalizing. Complete displays of a particular make and not a soul to ask questions of. Did corner one guy in the JD booth, but soon as he saw someone he knew over my shoulder, he stopped talking to me in mid sentance. These guys need a wake up call, if it wasn't for the flea market and parts vendors, they would have little to offer.
