The remedy for that leak that I prefer is to drain the tank, disconnect the fuel line at the sediment bowl, unscrew the top housing of the sediment bowl from the bottom of the tank. Clean up the threads on the sediment bowl and apply a coating of aviation type permatex sealer. Let set up for a couple minutes and then screw it into the bottom of the tank. Make sure you don't cross thread it as it is a very soft pot metal with 3/8ths pipe thread. Other may have different favorite fixes. Your mileage may vary.
