Completely remove your breather. Take off the oil cup and remove all the oil in it. Take your filter top off. You should see a lot of gunk inside. What I like to do is poor warm kerosene inside and let it soak. Repeat this process until you get most of it out. If it's really gunked up you and completely soak it in a 5 gallon bucket for about 1-2 days. Every now and then move it up and down so your getting the loose stuff out. Let dry and fill your cup back up with new oil. Put it back on and you should be good to go.
