Good, I will retract my statement -- looking at the fenders, it looks like the 7K ones do. The 9.6K/12K usually have squared off or angled fenders rather than rounded ones. They also have 16 inch tires, those look like 15's to me -- I suppose there are no rules for the individual manufacturers, as long as the trailer meets specs. No IH tractor bigger than an H--460 will fit between the fenders of any car trailer unless the wheels are dished in. The max between the fenders is about 83 inches.
