As thorough as you've been I imagine that you've changed out
the spark plugs and even the wires. If nothing else, try a set
from one of your other tractors. As you may know, even brand
new plugs (often Champion) can refuse to fire. I would also think
that the dealer would have changed out the points, rotor, cap,
etc., but check on them too. Can you isolate which cylinder is
missing? If so, move the spark plug to a different cylinder and
see if the miss follows it. Same with wires.
Just some thoughts.
