Thanks guys. Yes when we crank it over I hear the loud clicking from the mag, assume that is the impulse you are talking about. When the former party painted it about 8 years ago, no decals were put on around the spark control rod so was sort of shooting in the dark. We'll try it in the retard mode with new plugs and shoot a little gas in the carb with no choke and see if we get it to fire. The oil thats in it is very clean so will try to run for a bit to get warm and drop it out. Thanks. Migraine
