But, I'm always in a derned hurry.

I tried the handyman jack last night and couldn't budge the derned thing. This morning I tried rotating it with a 6' heavy wrecking bar and a 10' well-pipe cheater on the end of that. All I did was bend the wrecking bar. :>)

I don't mean to drop the clutch on 'er; just give it a little "bump" with that log chain. Actually, I've done this on a lot of frozen things and have gotten away with it.

It is that "bent" tube you describe that has me holdin' off so far. More soaking, I guess. :>)
