Double-acting cylinders generally self-bleed just by exercising them to the extent of the travels.
You might be able to hear what's going on my careful (safe) use of your ear next to one or more lines while taking extreme caution to avoid impending pinch points...while that might point out a single bad cylinder seal...IMHO it is worth your time to disassemble and rebuild them both at the same time on the bench.
Only caveat is if the rod chroming is badly eaten up and pitted...in which case I'd recommend sourcing some new cylinders.
