tractor vet - did that 706 have fluid in the tires? It can make a big difference. I don't have my chart in front of me, but if I remember right an 18.4-34 tire(which you see a lot of on 706's) will hold about 1,000 pounds of calcium and water per tire, thus adding 2,000 pounds of weight to the tractor. I think most of the charts you see are quoting the weight as is with no fluid or wheel weights on the tractor.
