We had a IH 46 and then a 430 and baled many thousands of bales with both of them. They were just a little more fussy with maintenance of the knottier then the McCormick knottiers (which almost all if not all the other balers used) but we had VERY LITTLE trouble with the International knottier. The International knot was a MUCH stronger knott then the McCormick knot also. The twine never breaks at the knot like the McCormick knots.
