SMAT Hood

How many holes in the SMTA hood? One large for exhaust, one large for air breather, two for gauges and then how many small ones and where? Looks like at least one about 1 inch in diameter on center behing gauge panel. Another "elongated hole on center also?
Starting the metal work on the hood and don't want to fill originals.
Also looks like the heat from the ex pipe raises hell with the hood. Perhaps a little longer ex pipe would alleviate this?
