W-9 stroke and poke

I've got a W-9, runs good after head job this spring. I want to make her an even better puller. How hard is it to find biger pistons for this red rusty sled. I like cubes and could the boring after having the head off for so long(valves are hard to find).Thats all I'd like to do to it but any other ideas would be apprecated. Oh yea she also leakes out the rear main a little to much. Thats probaly a rope seal right. P.S. I'll paint her this winter if I don't take to many hours of college.
