I will preface with I haven't done this myself, but the engine should bolt up. This is how most people start to get a fake SH-TA (300 or 350 rear). I would use the tranny and the clutch housing from the 350 to have the least amt of trouble. Probably need the 350 flywheel/pressure plate/clutch as well, then you could have the TA and IPTO as well. Unless your H motor is a late model the live hyd pump won't bolt up to the front cover though. Stan(VA).
