Well, after work today I'm going home, grabbing the wife and baby and stroller, and heading into town to look at some antique tractors at the county fair. I drove by yesterday and lots of red had already assembled! They're having a tractor ride today around the county but unfortunately I wasn't able to go. I didn't find out until it was too late for me to get my schedule changed around for today. But after they get done riding around enjoying the cold front that moved in last night giving us predicted high's in the 70's, they're going back to the fair grounds for a tractor show tonight at 7:00. I'll be my 7 week olds first tractor show! I guess since she can't talk yet she won't be asking me why my M isn't painted up and clean like those pretty tractors, but when she does I'll tell her my M isn't done farming yet. And that when she gets it, if it's done farming, she can paint it up all pretty and put a straight nose and hood on her. In the mean time though I need to put new hydralic hookups to the side to run my log splitter without taking off whatever I have on the back (it has live hydro off the cam), weld up a 3pt attachment on my splitter to move it around, heat houser for blading snow this winter, replace some links in her tire chains, etc. later, scruffy

I’d probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this “green planet”. I’m par
