The MD has a bad reputation because of head problems. They are okay if you pay attention to the water level and proper shutdown procedures. The problem however is that they are so old now that the damage to them has already been done. In short there aren't very many good ones around.I just looked at one with the clutch out of it. Poor tires, needs paint and a clutch. They push it into a dryer set up and use it to power the dryer. They wanted $750. I know a guy who has a SMD in great shape for $2500.
The duals can be done easily with factory wheels. Simply reverse the wheel on first set and put the dish in. Put the outer set on as normal.
