I have my own ideas about what things are worth (to me). Forget the paint, if I was in the market for one, I'm not, I've bought a C and 460 in the last year; I would give you $3000, and would probably refuse the duals because they take up too much room in my building. Provided it is as you say, and the injectors, etc are ok. For that price I would take may chances on the head -- very few are not cracked, doesn't necessarily mean they are going to crash. I'm very picky about paint and would do that myself. For cast duals, I have seen pictures--I think you dish in inside one in, the outside one out. I think that will work on your 88 inch axles.
