Hi Allan, I"m thinking that it sure is a handsome piece of land that you got yourself there, as well as the equipment. To a WI farmboy, there is just something romantic about that NE prairie, well to this one at least. It seems like around here you"d have to disc the ground about 17 times to get the soil loosened up at all. We pretty much only use the disc after plowing. I think if I were to use your disc on my wheat stubble my SW-6TA could pull it because it would just roll across the top. It"s interesting how different areas are different, no? Paul
