I set up my Super H to work with a log splitter. When I plumbed it up, I put a hydraulic filter in the line with the circulating oil on the low pressure side of the splitter valve. I had this happen twice in that the oil filter blew out the rubber seal after I ran it for a while. I don't know if there was that much debris in the oil or why it did it, but I always keep my hydraulic oil clean and change it occationally (only use the tractor for some mowing and snow plowing in the winter). I finally just took it out and it works fine without it. Roger
