How about your friendly neighborhood CaseIH dealer? They have parts for Hs and Ms, which were made 60+ years ago, so I'd imagine they have a pretty good selection for a 25 year old tractor.

Otherwise, check the yellow pages for tractor salvage yards in your area. Unless the tractor was really popular in your area, it's not likely that they'll have used parts for it, because they didn't make that many 284s, but you might get lucky.
