I have both an I-9 w/o PS and a 650-D with PS and have the parts books for the 650 and the W-9. The drag link for both tractors w/o PS carries the same part #. PS for the 650 is listed as an attachment in the back of the parts book. There are two kits for the 650, one for tractors with Hydra-Touch and one without. The main diference is in the pump. One is belt driven and the other is gear driven ahead of the distributor like a Super M or H. You could probably use a pump and resevoir off a car or truck if you cannot get the IH pump. You should get a parts book to make sure that you get all the small pieces.
