650/650D is a "standard" or "wheatland" tractor, made for pulling large (for their day) trailing implements. The wheels are not adjustable. Fast hitch or 3 point is not available for them, although Wardner adapted a fast hitch to a 600 or 650, I believe. These tractors were not designed for mounted equipment, I don't know what you would use a 3 point for on that type of tractor. As noted below a 656 would be a better choice, or some other similar sized tractor, if you want mounted equipment.
