The lowest red part is the bottom of the hydraulic pump, more commonly referred to as a "belly pump", because it is in the "belly" of the tractor. It has nothing to do with the clutch, except that the clutch must be engaged in order for it to operate. So, does the lever in question go into the belly pump on the left side?
