That sludge was from short running periods and the the oil not changed often enough. The tractor
needs to be worked so it gets up to operating temperature.

The block probably needs to be degreased and the oil passages cleaned and blown out. New cam bearings are probably in order too. You need to have the crankshaft measured and is within specs.
Could need to be ground undersize or at least polished. This is what determines good oil pressure. Hal
