Switching from 30w to hyd. oil

I have a Farmall H with a belly pump that has 30W engine oil in it. I want to switch it to regular hydraulic oil. Do I have to do anything special to do this? Or do I just drain the old oil out and add the new stuff without flushing? What are the pros and cons of doing this? Thanks!
