Hi , I can help with this. Under the oil filler hole on the injector pump (I believe 2 bolts hold this on)there are a couple of small screws. The one closest to the outside is the RPM screw. turn screw in for more RPM and out for less. Turn small amounts 1/4 turn at a time. Behind this screw or closer to the engine and still thru the oil filler hole is another screw with a 7/16 head and jam nut. Turn clockwise one turn for more horse power. I have done this for tractor pulling with these old beasts and it can really liven them up.
