Restore/Rebuild/Update.

Double split is done and back together,thanks for all help on this board.Today when looking at my removed power steering assembly for my 350 utility 175 cid 4cyd gas engine,I NOTICED on bottom of power steering unit some jb weld or some kind of patch job,I've read their is a plug there.I don't think it was leaking...I think on here you call it a welsh plug.Is it like a freeze plug should I TRY to replace...Any help thanks
