Takes a little work and a lot of money. Find a 361 or 407, since that is the correct block for the 806. Try to stay away from engines out of combines, they can have some seemingly minor differences that cause problems when trying to bolt it in. That will be the expensive part. You might need to get the 806 diesel frame rails, or drill two holes in each of your's for the front engine mounting bolts. I'd probably drill them. You'll need the rear engine plate and flywheel. You'll need to add a return fitting to your fuel tank. You'll need the fuel lines. You'll need the throttle linkage and tach cable. You'll need the diesel starter and another battery. You might need to relocate the exhaust pipe hole in the hood. Probably ten other small details I'm forgetting.
