Pull the spark plugs and put oil in the cyliders, tranny fluid is fine too, let it sit at least a week. Pull the starter, inspect it while it"s out and make sure it works, get a long crow bar and stick it in the hole in the bell housing the starter came out of and into a flywheel tooth and pry the flywheel around. Easiest unsticking method I know of, and I"ve unstuck engines that wouldn"t move even when being drug down the road in gear.
