My guess since I can't look at what your system is doing would be a clogged up rad/block. I'd drain the system when cold. Then I'd fill it with vinagar and run it till it was good and hot or and hour which ever happened first. Let it cool down and drain that. Then I'd make an adaptor so you could hook a garden hose to the block drain and flush it out with water. Leave the cap off when you flush it with water and let it run for an hour or 2. Also you will want to remove the themo when you do that.
