I checked my fluid, it was low, so I went to fill it up....getting older, I think I made a mistake last spring, I get all my oil @ Napa...the Hydraulic Jack Oil I bought comes in the same size/shape/coloring container that the 85-90W gear oil comes in...when I went to my shelf, I had 1 qrt of hydraulic oil left & 6 qrts of 85-90W...I know I bought 6 of each last April (I've got loaders that use the hydraulic)....so, it must be thinnner than the gear oil & it must not have the same lubrication qualities....so, it leaked out somewhere (I only drained out about 2&1/2qrts) & it was low....I fill it w/ the "right" stuff & carefully used it & listened to it tonight & it seems fine, quiet & back to "normal"...hopefully I "caught" it in time & problem is solved...thanks again.
