Question about Radiator Mounting

Farmall M Radiator. What is the correct way to fasten the radiator? Have it sitting on the pads and studs are sticking out. Does the spring go on first? Followed by the washer and then the nut? Has been apart for a while so I am rusty on the reassembly. Thanks.
