Not unless you're extremely lucky. I'm sure M&W made a kit, and it could be retrofitted using IH parts, but that was back in the '50s and '60s. Your only chance of finding a "kit" is if you pull it off another H, or find one sitting around NOS. However, it will cost you a fortune if the seller knows what he has... Nowadays, no way. You aren't going to go into the "tractormart" and buy a kit off the shelf that will bolt on your H and give you live hydraulics. Live hydraulics on these tractors consisted of a pump that bolted between the distributor and the front cover of the engine, replacing the casting that is currently there. If yours has a magneto, fuggeddaboutdit. You need a distributor ignition. Anything else will require special machining and fabrication skills. Or, you could just "cob job" an old power steering pump on the side of your tractor and belt-drive it off the crankshaft pulley.
