When my son bought my cub for me a few years ago, and drove it home it leaked oil out opn the brakwe bands also. Found out the previous owner had filled (over-filled) the tranny with auto tans fluid!. We changed the oil andI soaked the brake bands with brake cleaner several times. they work, but not real strong. With the level where it should be it will just seep a little. Also the other day when I drove it on the road the tranny was making a little extra noise, so I drainde the oil (had a bunch of water in it from sitting outside) and refille with 90 w oil. It quieted down a lot.
