F-12 Rear Steel Duals???

I have a beautiful set of --- what I thought --- are F-12 rear steel duals. Tried to put them on last night, but the axle is bigger than the hole in the hub. And using calipers, the hole in the hub is smaller than on any other F-12 wheels lying about my place.

Were H steel wheels the same in appearance as the F-12? And with two ridges inside the hub, to slide in the two slots on the axle? But with a slightly smaller axle on the H? Seems I heard something like this but can quite recall the discussion.
