IHC cab other , value

I have a cab I want to sell. It is all white IHC cab. I have seen them on everything from 706's to 1206's and some newer models here on pics. All glass is good. It has the one folding door on the left side. Wiper, fan work good. What is this worth and I am also curious what they are originally for. Is has the big IH emblems on it and they seem original. I also have a perfect 38" (H) wheel and rim I am gonna repaint and sell, value? I also, want to get rid of the old JD "h" spreader i recieved. Just gonna replace wood and paint. Works great other wise. Are these worth much? Sorry for the questions and thanks in advance for the replies. More knowledge is always a good thing.
