Looking for Small Farm Tractor

We are looking for a small farm tractor with loader and wide front end. I found a IH300 with loader for $2250. but the deal fell through. What other Farmall/IH models would make a good small tractor? Would like to keep the price under $3000. Have a Farmall 460 that we use on my father in laws farm, so we have several 2 point hitch attachments. I would like something smaller here at home with a loader for snow removal, small garden work, getting firewood, and some dirt/brush moving and landscaping chores. Thanks for any help,
