isolator valve

hello i had a leak on my isolator valve took it to hydraulic shop for new rings, came back no leak but now it doesnt isolate the loader arms of my b250, no matter where i set the valve i raise the arms up they just fall down unless i keep my control lever up which means i cant use my 3pth, i took it back 3 times but no luck fixing it please help
