Jim, I don't think that in normal service you are ever going to reach those upper limits. Those tractor puller guys hang so much weight on 'em you'd swear that they would break in two under the strain, but they keep right on goin'. They hang weights on the front, under the belly and off the rear end with no limit in sight. As far as the weight on the rear hitch, my red guy backs up to another large chassis tractor and lifts it right off the ground to test that hitch. :>) All I know, is that I've got 1,100 lbs out front and over 1300 lbs at each rear tire and my plow controls the tractor like "the tail waggin' the dog'. :>) Allan
