I don,t think IH ever offered a fast speed gear in any F-20.In the 40's aftermarket manufactures offered a high gear change option.For the F-20,s with 28in rears fourth gear was considered the plow gear so third gear was replaced with a 12 mph gear, the F-20,s with 36in rears 3rd was considered the plow gear so the fourth gear was changed to the road gear. If you have one of these modified ones look for an IH part number on the transmission top. there won,t be one. I believe Heisler,Behlen,M&W offered them along with their front units, Been a long time ago but that,s what I recall
