Measure the distance from pin to pin in the cycl when the hitch is at the height desired to pull the drill. Then drill two holes in a piece of metal 1/2x2 that dimension. Block the drawbar at desired hieght and remove the cycl and remove the cycl. Replace with the piece of metal then you can add enough hose to go the drill. why not put quick couplers on the cycl and make up new hoses to reach the drill. Then you can use the cycl in future for other purposes. Just remember there is a retarder in the line by the seat support so the drill will go down slowly but whats the hurry. 3/8 hose will be large enough to move the drill as thats the size of the lines running to the cycl now. good luck have fun. Now you can put the cycl on the disc.
