Hugh told you one solution. If you want to replace that seal, remove steering wheel. remove big hex plug in front of steering box. You can now turn the steering shaft and screw the worm gear out of the steering box. The worm and shaft are all one piece. You may have to jack up the tractor in the front a little to get the shaft to clear the ground. Never done this on the A, but have on other tractors that have shorter shafts. Once shaft is out, replacing seal is as any other seal. Before putting shaft back in, be sure to clean everthing off the steering shaft and have it as smooth as possible to prevent damage to the new seal when you insert the shaft.
