Allan: In my opinion the 86 series cabs have good and bad points in comparision to 66 series. They do keep down noise and vibration much better. However the ride is not as smooth and with the higher percentage of glass you better make sure the a/c is working. I found being closer to windshield in 86, glare was much more a factor than in 66 series cabs. I operated a new Deere last fall, on wet days no one has figured how to keep mud out of the cab yet.
