When these tractors were new, EVERYTHING was red. They put them mostly together and sprayed red paint on them. Front wheels should be solid red. Rear wheel centers should be red, including weights. Rear rims should be bare galvanized steel, but it's typical to paint them light grey or silver because the galvanization has long since rusted away. I would protect critical ignition parts, like plugs, wires, cap, coil, from paint. Three guesses what color the grill should be... Yup, RED. That said, you can paint any of it any color you want. It's your tractor. If it looks good to you, who cares?
